Michelle Fragar wrote one of my favorite songs: Saving Grace, from the Best Friend album by Hillsong United in 2000. (it’s a great album for it’s time, I still listen and love it) I adore it. and I adore her voice. check out her myspace for more of her newest songs. I love them! I like City Lights.actually all of them. I could listen all day. I probably will too…
